For private beta support, send a clear description of what you expected, what Receipt Resolver showed, and which workspace, source type, or QuickBooks step is involved. Keep client data out of email unless we have explicitly arranged a secure support path.

Mismatch reports

Include the vendor, date, amount, currency, account, visible warnings, and what source you expected the app to find.

Parser issues

Tell us the file type, vendor, what field was wrong, and whether the original source opens from the app.

QuickBooks or export issues

Include whether the workspace is connected, whether the target transaction or reviewed Purchase was found, and what happened after export, create, attach, or Banking review.

Workspace cleanup

Use support if you are unsure which client workspace owns a file, export, issue, or connection state.

Before sending files

Do not email private receipts, statements, QuickBooks exports, account numbers, or client files unless a secure support process has been provided. Sanitized screenshots, redacted examples, and copied warning text are usually enough to start.
