Receipt Resolver keeps cleanup work in separate local workspaces. App-managed records are protected inside the workspace, and finished working sets can be removed when the job is done.
Protected working records
The local database, imported source copies, extracted text, and generated packages managed by the app are protected inside the workspace.
Clean removal
When a cleanup job is finished, remove that local working set instead of leaving old receipts and review files scattered around.
Separate clients by default
Switching clients reloads the selected workspace. Receipts, statements, notes, exports, and accounting connections stay separated.
Protected while the app works
The records Receipt Resolver manages for a workspace are protected locally. Exported, opened, emailed, synced, or backed-up copies follow your device and storage choices.
Sign-ins stay separate
QuickBooks credentials stay separate from receipt records and use operating-system secure storage where available.
Removal has a clear target
Workspace deletion targets that client's local database, app-managed source copies, generated packages, issue history, and local connection state.
