QuickBooks disconnected
The QuickBooks connection has been removed.
Receipt Resolver should no longer be able to use that QuickBooks company connection after it is disconnected in QuickBooks Online. Local workspace records, exported packages, and any records already written to QuickBooks are separate from the connection itself.
What to check in the desktop app
- Open the matching client workspace in Receipt Resolver.
- Refresh QuickBooks status or use Disconnect if the workspace still shows an active connection.
- Reconnect only when you want that workspace linked to the QuickBooks company again.
If the wrong client workspace still appears connected, contact contact@receiptresolver.com with the workspace name and the QuickBooks company name. Do not email private receipts or statements.
